I'd call ASMC (Suzuki Corporate in Brea Calif.) and get them involved. Start w/ this number: 1-800-356-6013. Be polite, explain what you've found, the lack of assistance from the dealer and I'm sure they'll work w/ you, and your dealer, to get it sorted out. I had to get them involved w/ my amp replacement. Once they got involved it was taken care of promptly. If you find out what the p/n (or exact problem) is for this, please let us know for future reference.

Good Luck!
Ron

But surely this will be a warranty issue if you are having problems?

The Kizashi comes with a 3 year/100K warranty in Australia and at the most your Kizashi can only be a year and a half old.
There are four Suzuki dealers in Perth, which ones have you tried?
