Hello folks! I'm looking for a manual GTS in AZURE GRAY METALLIC, now.
I'm tight on $ & have to get a car as my current car is dead.
Q1: Any tips on working the price down would help!
- i will try to act interested in a SX4,start negotiating there
- mention it seems a little small
- pretent i'm not interested in the GTS, then see where it goes.
am hoping to get around 20,000 for a 2012. There is only 1 dealer in the area. But i'm willing to go to Fresno as well. I've requested internet pricing from the 2 dealers.
Q2: anyone get 0% APR financing for 72 months? I'm wondering what my credit score needs to be & don't want to take the hit from the dealer doing a credit check, if i won't qualify
Many thanks in advance!
Hi! Soon to be owner of a GTS in Nor Cal
Edmunds TMV gives a price of around $20,500 here on the East Coast for what you are looking for, with no additional options, AFTER a $1500 incentive. Can't have both the 0% and the $1,500 cash applied at the same time. If you already own a zuk, you can take the $1,000 loyalty bonus as well. There are other incentives ($500 college grad and $500 military) that may apply in addition as well.
You might be able to get it for $20,000 (long shot if non of the other incentives apply to you I think).....let us know how you make out.

visited the dealer to check out the kizashi- had a quick drive of the SE. I liked it! The CVT was good. The salesman said i could have the car for 22,000. Thought that was funny as I told him I wanted the GTS for around 22,000 (including fees, tax etc.).
My credit union offers a service where they will get the car for me at invoice. I've mentioned it should be possible to negotiate for less, since the car is not in demand. The dealer will need to order the car for me, as no one seems to have what i want in stock.
The only incentives I have are the 1500 from suzuki & 200 from the dealer for taking the car on a test drive.
I will post the end result.

The GTS seems to be one of the hardest cars to find in my area as well.
