Hello From Pittsburgh, PA!

Hello everyone!

A few months ago I bought my first Suzuki - a 2010 Kizashi S. I'm loving it so far! I was having trouble picking a car because I wanted a performance edge and something a bit uncommon, but also needed a car to get through the rough winters here. So my Kizashi is now the dd/winter/autocross car!

I went with the manual transmission S trim level so that I can start from scratch and build it up the way I want. So far, I have the RRM catback and a few other minor bolt-ons. Saving up for a turbo, haha. Track vids coming next season!

I'm looking forward to meeting and learning from all of you, and hopefully I can contribute a bit as well!

Thanks! Pics coming soon... I'll have to take a few over Thanksgiving with my new camera. Lately it's dark by the time I get home from work.

I also have a lightweight pulley and some brake pads... nothing major yet. Most of my mod money has been going to my Camaro lately. (Also, love the GTO in your sig - LS power!!!)

Funny you mention it. My GTO is up for sale. I'm getting something a little more efficient (Kizashi).

Where did you buy the car?
I got mine from the guys/gals at Wright (Wexford, PA) None of my local dealers had any S MT in stock, so I had to go out of state to get it. What a better way to bond with a new car than a 300+ mile ride home?

Yeah, I'm definitely getting better gas mileage out of the Kizashi than I am the Camaro... it averages only around 15 mpg ever since I put in a giant cam. I bought the Kizashi after I decided 480rwhp wasn't a good idea in winter, haha. Best of luck with your sale!

Thanks for the welcome Alex! I actually bought mine from Wright as well! I live about 20 minutes from Wexford. I was really happy with their service there. That's one heck of a drive for your new car!

What area do you live? I am from Saxonburg and picked up my AWS "S" this week from Ellis in Lyndora. I now have my second Suzuki, since i bought a 2009 SX4 touring 5 speed last year from Ellis.

I know the area. My sister lives in Sewell NJ, so i have been the Philly area pretty often.
