Those two different 18" wheels might be 2010 for this one:
and 2011 - 2013 for this one:

Whatever the exact details are, Suzuki said the newer wheels were two pounds lighter, and both are quite heavy.

The '12/'13 18" GTS wheels weigh 28lb. I don't know about the '10/'11.
The stock Dunlop 235/45 R18 weighs 26lb.


My Enkei 17"X7.5's weigh 16.8lb each.
My Goodyear snows weigh 24lb.
My 17" "summer tire" choices all weigh 23lb or less.


I'd love to repeat the light-wheel magic in 18", but figure $1,700--2,400.

The rear bulb are easy to get to, open the trunk, find the removable panels in the lining, squeeze them a little and slide em out. The bulbs twist like any other bulb application. if you search the forum for light replacement you should find a few threads to look through.

As far as the side marker lights go... my guess is removing he front wheel and going through the wheel well. I really don't know.

This is so much a personal choice that no one else can tell you what to do. The most popular style right now is hated and despised by anyone over 40. I see cars every day which the owner has spent a lot of time and effort to make it look idiotic, yet I'm certain that when he pulls up to a crowd of his contemporaries, they ooh and ah with appreciation.

In my opinion neon colors have no place on the outside of a car, chrome should be kept to a minimum, chrome wheels are garish, all black wheels look as if you parked in the wrong part of town, someone stole your hubcaps and you can't be bothered to fix it. The best looking wheels are black or gunmetal spokes with a big machined rim, but that's just the opinion of one man, and a fairly old man at that.

Go to TireRack or Discount Tire Direct and look for yourself, they've got twenty pages of wheels that will fit your car from $100 to $400 a piece. I think these are nice:

Yeah, I like the look of those wheels on the Plat silver car. I still love the look of the OE 12-13 wheels though, despite the weight.

I REALLY like the looks of the stock 18"s, too, and I've gotten positive comments about them --and the Kizashi's fine overall appearance-- from both young and old.

But for me, performance trumps looks.

i put chrome 20's on mine and yes the OEM wheels are heavy on my OE wheels i changed to a 245/35R18 wider to protect rim from girlfriend and her curb loving relationship and no damages this way but my 20s are 225/30R20 ride great handles great but i never did weigh them

So im looking at a wheel and tire package with the wheels posted above. Spoke with an agent there who quoted the wheel weight as being 21 lbs. each for the 18 in wheel....that significantly less than the OEM wheels!!
