Going to try led drl's audi style either under the headlight or in the lower grills where foglights would normally go. Just waiting on everything to turn up i nthe mail.

This saturday im getting a free rear sway bar installed! A company here in Australia has made a custom rear sway bar and has been looking for a kizashi to install it on for a month or so, so i emailed them and it's sorted. Getting it done this Saturday.

Also been thinking of upgrading the stereo a little. Nothing special just amp and speakers front and rear.

I've had red caliper paint for 5 months now but am too lazy to paint them but will be done eventually!

Last but not least i just bought a scanguage II, waiting for it in the mail also and looking forward to mounting it on the dash.

I definately have one of the most modded Kizashi's in Australia for sure, i've only seen 10 or so since i got mine last August lol Even stock they are rare.

x2 on having caliper paint and not doing it. I can't decide it it would cheapen it or look good. :?:

Where are you Will?
I am from Melbourne, have an AWD Sport with RRM lowered springs, rear stabiliser and the carbon front bumper cover.
About to install the rear carbon diffuser, piggyback, catback exhaust and light pulley.

I photoshopped it to see what it would look like and i think it looks good.

Im from Sydney. Havn't seen many kizashi's here.

How are the RRM springs? I've been thinking of getting them but im guessing shipping would cost more than the springs. Eibach are making kizashi springs very soon but they only drop it an inch max if that so pretty lame.

Just bought a scanguage II the other today and it looks pretty cool! Shows 4 digital guages at once etc

Rear swaybar from Whiteline. It is 18mm compared to the stock 15mm and has 3 adjustable holes.

Image

They also replaced the front sway bar links. The new ones are easily 3 times thicker than stock and are also adjustable. Ill post a pic of the original later so you can call see.

DRL testing with a switch

What they will look like from far. They aren't stuck on at this stage just placed on so that's why the led strip isnt flat.

KCkizashi is the man! figured out how to get power from that relay so i won't use the switch for now. Im waiting for my chrome turn signal bulbs that shine amber to come so i can take the front bar off to install them so i can do the DRL's at the same time.

ScanGuage II, you can change the backlight to any colour you want, shows up to 30 different digital guages ( 4 guages at a time ) capable of recording 0-60mph or 0-100km/h as well as 1/4 time etc and braking distance.

I mounted mine on my dash slightly facing me. Just need to figure out a better way to route the cable.

Top left is water temp, Bottom left is intake temp the other 2 are self explainatory lol digital speedo and voltage.Image

Hey you guys that are modding your rides... MORE PICS THE BETTER!!! I would LOVE and GREATLY APPRECIATE seeing your finished products, and even your photoshop work.

I too am on the fence with painting the calipers, but I haven't decided on a color yet or if it will look lame. Those LEDs on the front could be something I would like to add to mine as well, but need to see some close-up finished work.

Very cool stuff...

I havn't tested the car heaps but it seems to handle even better and is more predictable with less oversteer.

@ Hawkzilla

Im hoping to get off my ass very soon and just paint the damn calipers. Wish i had a decent car jack or something :?

If the weather is decent this weekend i will be hooking up the LED's with plenty of pics. I'll be taking the bumper off because im installing chrome turn signals as well so i can wire them up much better with the bumper off the car.

Im really thinking of lowering the kizashi to really finish it off then i probably wont modify it anymore 8-)

Thanks for the PS pic... I'm thinking I might go blue and only on the front. I'm not sure if it seems like too much on both the front and rear. My wheels show more of the cals and I don't want it to stand out too much.

I'll have to PS mine today...
