Order from eShine.ca they will ship to anywhere in Canada for a good price. They have everything you need to get started. As for the actual application of OptiCoat, I would have a professional detail and apply it. The shine will depend on the prep work done to the paint beforehand.

Absolutely.
Also, a well prepped surface allows the opticoat to bond more effectively, giving optimum durability and protection.
