For me, it's hard to encapsulate a "dream car". Different cars do different things.
Personally, the new Tesla Model S P85D sounds very enticing. A full electric AWD vehicle with a 0 to 60 of 3.2 seconds... with 4 doors. Mere cents to operate compared to fossil fuel-powered cars.
However, I'm quite an outdoors lover therefore rugged 4x4s also have me daydreaming. In fact, this Petrolicious video below really captures why I love 4x4 vehicles. So while the Tesla is one form of a dream car, something like a Toyota Land Cruiser would be another.

I know it sounds silly, but I always dreamed about having a lamborghini diablo when I was young... now that I look at it, it was not that good looking. I would like to get a fast car...like a veyron or a P1 I don't know...manuel transmission for sure anyway! I have never been into the new muscle cars, but I like the old mustangs, camaro, nova SS with big engines.
