I think things should be settling out now. There shouldn't be any more big moves or DNS propagation. The last I checked the only people that should be having trouble live in India.

Seems to be resolved now as I'm posting currently. It wasn't working Saturday and earlier today (Sunday), at least in some threads. I was just able to post in a thread where I had a draft saved because multiple attempts to post failed.
