I went with the Omegalink(iDatalink) solution. As i had described earlier, the Blade AL bypass clone (KLON) the RFID signal of the keyfob to bypass the car' immoblizer system. Thus, no need for the extra keyfob buried in the dash. A pretty neat solution

Sweet, wish that would have been an option for us instead of the key fob.

Can you send a link to where you bought your remote start systems? Also did you install yourself or have a shop do it?

I bought an Excalibur 1830 EDPB at Buy.com, but the actual reseller is 3kingaudio I believe. I bought it thru Buy.com cause they had a promotion at that time. I had an "at home" shop did the installation. Beware that the current firmware (ver 1.0) has a little hiccup.
