Are these TSBs applicable in Canada? Or are there different bulletins specific to Canada?

Just covering my bases since the shock corrosion seems inevitable here in the pacific wet coast

I've got a creaking noise from the right rear shock. Taking it in to the nearest Suzuki dealer and bringing up this bulletin.
Going to have it fixed while still under warranty.
