16" is the size I got for our Kizashi snow set. But after looking at so many different wheels with different offsets and center bores, the perfect fit is an sx4 wheel. I was lucky enough to get a set of sx4 steelies from an sx4 owner for $200. They were in mint shape. After a coat of wax, they looked brand new. Even after one winter, after a cleanup they look brand new.
Our setup is Suzuki TPMS sensors (relearned by me), sx4 16" steelies, and General Altimax Arctic tires in 215/60/16, I think. It's been a year or more now. This setup lowers the Kizashi quite a bit, so I'd recommend 215/65/16s to get rolling tire diameter to be the same as stock.
