Trunk FOB detection not working

Interesting. I wonder if that is on all models- I've had the glove box out and never noticed anything?
I checked mine the other day and it hasn't got a switch. There are however two switch blanking plates- one round and one rectangular. There might even be the required loom behind them? (It's not a feature I desperately desire, so I won't be pulling anything apart to investigate further.)

I wouldn't be too surprised if the loom is there, although I would hedge a guess that in newer models, they stopped putting in all the looms.
