New CAI For Kizashi for 159 at http://www.globalautoshop.com/accessori ... _index.htm looks like a SRI to me. 259 for the RRM one, nicer and more trusted though. B&B also has a 1.3 psi electric turbo that supposedly gives you 17 HP, not sure about that, but mabe.
It isn't a turbo. It is a little supercharger, and it looks like it would probably work if installed correctly. I don't know if I would would want to be the first one to try that though. It will almost surely void your warranty if the dealer sees it.
If anyone gets it make sure to take it off before you let anyone work on your car, or check to make sure they won't void your warranty for putting it on.

Yea I'm not really goin that kind of direction. Seems cheesy, but more cheap, cheesy power is still more power I guess.
The "supercharger" thing has been around for a few years. Posters on other forums had warned against it. It was considered to be ineffective by its very design and construction, and if the plastic fan blades fracture (likely if used a lot), the pieces will go into the engine if mounted behind the filter (typical installation).
Cannot tell if the CAI provides for the hookup of the air flow sensor like the RRM one does. The generic picture does not show any.

I would be skeptical of an electric fan that claims 1.2 psi. Without proper tuning, if it did actually create that boost, it could cause other issues related to A/F ratios and the like. I've seen similar things before that were proven to be complete gimmicks though, so I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Here's another thought - hopefully soon one or some of the tuner companies will begin reprogramming the engine ECU as with a lot of other cars. I had my first A4 "chipped" and it made a world of difference. Increase in 35-40 HP just with the base reprogramming and also removed the speed governor and RPM limiter.

Was that a 1.8t? You'll see much better increases on a chipped turbo vehicle than you will on a chipped N/A car generally. They can just up the boost. They don't tend to detune N/A cars.

Yea, generally you only get like 5-10 HP from a retune on an N/A car. At least in my experience. I would expect similar gains here unless Suzuki really detuned the engine, which I doubt.
