Has anyone had a knock sensor p0328 code pop up in their kizashi?

I haven't but I had to do some research for a knock sensor error on a Toyota Highlander. I don't know if the Kizashi is different in function or not. The knock sensor is a passive mechanical device that sits near the head and close to the cylinder. As it vibrates from engine vibration, it converts the vibrations into electrical signals that are sent to the computer. The computer analyzes the signal looking for the pre-ignition (knock) signature. If it finds it, it will then adjust timing, fuel, spark, etc to eliminate the pinging. Since it is a passive device, it will very rarely go bad. More likely wiring or connectors. Hope this helps.
