Motor Trend needs to get a reality check
As a new-Honda salesperson I agree; the Civic and Kizashi (in FWD) compete directly.
The Civic gets slaughtered.
Modern Volkswagens do not compare quality-wise against either, but most models offer fine driving dynamics. That said, their price point removes them as a competitor.
One small point: I paid my own money for MY 2011 Kizashi S AWD. Know what I mean?
