2010 Kizashi 'squeal' under the hood

I just brought my Kizashi into the shop for the 2nd time because of the 'squeal' sound...I'm soooo mad. Service manager & staff replaced the Serpentine Belt...but it is still 'squealing' really mad. what is causing this..they have no clue..getting ready to trade up...help me please.

Damn I've been seein that a lot of people here traded or going to trade there kizashis..I took mine and got offered 18k:(....still debating on trading it for a baby EVO....if I do I'm gonna eat it hard
