Sorry if this was mentioned before or if this is considered standard these days on all new cars but I've never seen it before.

Lightly tapping the turn signal for a split second instead of pushing it all the way down or holding it down, will allow the turn signal to blink 3 times. Comes in handy for weaving in and out of hwy traffic. :P

This feature is another one of the small details that Suzuki put in their cars that makes it a functional vehicle. It is used for exactly what you mentioned, as a lane change signal. When I drive my husband's truck I miss this feature because I have to remember to turn off the turn signal!

This is a nice feature. Kind of stuff you see in BMW's. On a funny note, the manual actually mentions it and also says you can have it adjusted from 1-6 flashes and to see your dealer to have this done. Well last time I asked the dealer about it, they had no idea of what I was talking about LOL. Suzuki's mistake was not allowing the end user to change the setting at will as you do see with BMW's for example. Silly thing is there are many settings like this that are computer controlled, but Suzuki choose not to allow the changes.

Yea - its becoming common on more vehicles - my 2011 Edge has it as well. Takes a little getting used to. Rookie glitch - If you try to stop it, you can reverse the signal to the opposite side.

I had no idea about this feature and will try it later today when I'm out. Funny because I've actually browsed my owner's manual several times but never ran across this feature!
