My heart is set on a 2013 SLS but I have no need for AWD and just see that as an extra cost, which only pushes the car into a price range that I am not willing go to (unfortunately). Do you mind sharing your dealership name? If I have to travel for the car I want, I'm willing to do so.

A guy on the SX4 forum was about 4 hours from a dealer in Arizona and flew there to get the SX4 he wanted. So it's not unheard of to fly and buy.
Speaking of SX4, I saw KG suzuki in NY saleing their SX4 for 12K that is AWD, AUTO.

Ask them straight up if this price includes ALL the rebates added up together. I won't qualify for the $1000 loyalty, Military or recent grad rebate, will you? See how easy to misinterpret these ads?

Thanks for your opinions and thanks for the link Ronsuki! I've actually called most Suzuki dealerships from Florida, SC, NC, TN, VA, to Illinois, etc. (including Sands) trying to find the right one. I ended getting my deposit back on the 2013 GTS due to the 2012 SLS being the same price- however, after days of calling dealerships and getting prices from them I am going to go with a 2013 SLS. It's higher than I originally wanted to go (price wise) but in the end I'm sure I'll be happier with it since it has all the features + more (AWD, new nav) than the one that got totaled and I should be able to get over my Azure Grey SLS really fast with a '13. :)

Speaking of SX4, personally I'm not interested in them but I have a family member who is and there's a white 2013 at a local dealership listed at $12,980 (not AWD but is manual)- I assume that's a nice deal?

Eh, according to the prices I've been given from many dealerships, on average I'd say around 26k or more OTD (tax included). There are a lot of dealerships wanting right at 27k and some wanting 28k+. (ahem, West Virginia) There is a dealership I spoke with in Illinois that said $24,200 OTD (plus my local state taxes) which was the best price I've gotten on a 2013 SLS. If I lived closer to IL, I would have probably jumped on that deal. For anyone who is interested it was the dealership at/near Fox Lake.

Right, so MSRP makes them <$1000 per car, there has to be more money somewhere - and it comes in the form of the holdbacks (the invoice has profit built in to it)
