I unhooked the seat belt for rear center passenger and now when I try to hook it back, I cant.
Shouldn't there be 2 metal clips to form a 3-point harness?? The first clip holds the seat belt straight down and after you are properly seated, you use the second clip to secure the seat belt on your right hand side.
For some reason, I can't seem to find the first clip :(

Kind of hard to understand, but you can't find one of the buckles for the rear middle seat? Is that it?
If so, then fold the seats down to access the trunk. You will see that there are flaps at the base of the back of the seats in the trunk. Lift those and you can see what is behind the rear seats. You will then see the anchors for the buckles for the rear seats seat belts where they are bolted to the vehicle's frame. From what I can understand, sounds like the buckle slipped through the gap in the seats and went under the rear seats.
Pull it back up by locating it by lifting the flaps in the trunk. Pull it through the gap between the back rest and the seat cushion. I have that buckle hidden away since I rarely ever have even a single rear passenger. I tucked that buckle under the seat so a driver-side rear seat occupant would not be bothered by it.

Haha, thanks!! Buckle is the word.....can't remembered the exact word when I was posting lol.
Found it right after folding the seat down but it was on top of the rear deck where the speakers are, not at the bottom of the seat:)

Ok, so you meant the buckle blade. That thing retracts up to the rear deck with the belt. There is also a blade holder which is that plastic thing above where the belt retracts to. That keeps the buckle blade in place while it is not in use.
