Hi Guys. I just had great 1.2K mile road trip from MN to Springfield, IL in my 2012 SLS. I got 38 mpg driving easy and no A/C, and 32 mpg at 85 mph and A/C on the freeway. Fabulous ride and road feel. It just loves to pass all the other non-Kizzys out there! I love my Kissy !!

Now, I was watching the youtube, "Jay Leno's Garage", dealing with the new Tesla Model S which is a neat looking, streamlined battery powered car and has a coefficient of drag of .24. Now with the Kizzys great lines and paneled underside, I wonder what it's COD is?? Anybody know??

Regards, Doug in MN.

That's amazing. Is that actual MPG by manual calculation (miles driven divided by fill-up)? What's your average speed on your digital display? Awesome

Yes, curious. My first trip in my 2011 from DC to Chesapeake was 34.5 but that was the computer. I think the computers are generous to make us feel good.

Can't find an official quote anywhere. But I found a couple of educated guesses that centered on .29

Thanks Woodie. I would think that .29 would be quite good. And, yes, I zeroed out my MPG and Average Speed calculations before I left, so I'm just trusting them. My average speed was 54mph.

My '11 AWD S has returned up to an actual 31.3 MPG.
My last tank returned 30.2 MPG (415.2 miles, 13.725 gallons).

I was going slow.........
