Rims paint

Recently I have bought 4 used 245/45r18 yokohama winter tires with rims, since the outlook of the rims are not good, so, today I have them all painted.
Here are what I have done.
1. Clean up the tires and rims,
2. sand the rims,
3. clean up the rims again with painter thiner,
4. wrap the tires,
5. apply 4 coats of dupli-color
6. apply 3 coats of matte clear-coat.

Total 5 hours to complete the job and used 2 can dupli-color and 1 can clear-coat

Wow, great results. You must upload pics once the wheels and winter tires are on the car.

Edit: Sorry that the picture sequence is backwards.

Yeah, this is something that requires getting used to. When I upload photos for write-ups, I deliberately upload them in reverse order. Last photo in sequence is first to get uploaded as they stack in queue.

Once you have the files uploaded(attached) you use the "place inline" button to add the image you want in whatever sequence you want. By by default the pictures will display in the reverse order you upload them at the bottom of the post.

If you are trying to explain something complicated this is the way to go.

I noticed that you have the window visors and the moonroof deflector. I recently installed the window visors on my car as well.
In your opinion, is the moonroof deflector worth it? Does it really reduce the wind noise?

TBH, I have never tried to open the moonroof just a little, usually, I tilt up the moonroof or totally slide open. However, the window visors are very helpful, especially in the rainy days, it keeps the fresh air circulate, but I don't feel it reduce the wind noise.
