Low frequency rumble when driving with low RPM

Complained about my 18-20 MPG, but was told it's because of the city driving, and if the engine light is NOT on, everything is fine and nothing they can pursue.

Since Suzuki has a national arbitration and complaint system, I think it's time to go that route. Especially before you're out of warranty.

How do i access this compliant system. Tried calling the customer service line when the original website is still up (before bankruptcy), and was told to goto local dealer
