That's different than what I did. I hate drl. So I always turn on the 'real' headlights manually. And it's only when I forget to turn them off before turning off the car do I run into any issues.~tc~ wrote:They are on auto, so they are on when the car shuts off (and turn off at the same time).
So today I pulled it into the garage, and after wrestling and going mad to get the plastic sash off below the windshield, I came inside and looked at the service manual and saw that all I had to do was pop the wiper covers off to get to the nuts! Doh

Exactly how I feel. For the same price as a new Spark/Sonic or Fiesta, I got an almost-new car that is head and shoulders above the bargain bin. Everytime I turn the RF Kenwood Navi system to 28, I have to remind myself how this system is even louder than the top of the line Bose in my Porsche. Incredible value if you're willing to deal with the issues. Not for everyone, but right up my alley.
