Partsgeek.com:

Rockauto.com also has a few. They have the Wix filter for a few dollars cheaper than partsgeek. It will come to $35 shipped.
I have purchased from both sites before and they are legit.
Did you also try your local auto parts store?

I did, and none seem to stock one except the K&N filter which is $60. I might go with the K&N, but not convinced a re-useable filter is the way to go.

Personally, I think getting a K&N panel air filter (replacement to the stock type) is a waste of money. You will not really feel a difference despite the increased air flow claim. I had one in my old Impreza for years. I then installed a short ram intake with a K&N type cone filter and that had a much more profound effect than the panel filter.
Personally, I would not waste the money on a panel K&N. I also don't think they actually filter particles better than normal filters. If I were you, I'd go with the Wix filter.

Wix is probably better. I run K&Ns on my car's not very impressed.

I'm reviving this old topic to let fellow owners know that Amazon now sells the EcoGard air filter for Kizashi for ~$10.
Part number is XA6123.
I have a 2013 and Amazon says it fits, but also says it doesn't fit the 2010. However, I checked the EcoGard website and they list same part number for 2010-2013, so it must be an error on Amazon's part. I've never used this brand of air filter but the next cheapest filter is like $30+ so I figured it's worth a shot.

I am sure you have the same type of thing in the states, but I have a service contract. I pay about $30 a month for 3 years and get 3 services. This probably isn't the cheapest way of doing things, but Suzuki can't moan if I then get a problem during the warranty period, and it dissolves the cost. Doing things this way means I don't care much an air filter costs.kizashigal wrote:Anyone find a replacement engine air filter that costs less then $40???
Good find. Manufacturer claims >98% efficiency on the box but doesn't say which standard is used (usually it's ISO 5011). The Purolator Classic filter is 96.5% efficient under ISO 5011.WIKizashi wrote:I'm reviving this old topic to let fellow owners know that Amazon now sells the EcoGard air filter for Kizashi for ~$10.

If anyone buys this filter, can you share the fine print for the 98% claim?
I ended up ordering this filter and there's no technical info on the box. I also looked on their website and didn't see the specs you're looking for. You'll probably have to contact them directly to find out. I did install one of these last weekend. It fits perfectly and the filter pleats seem comparable to the filter I pulled out, which was the original one from Suzuki.
