The actor is Vinnie Jones, a very famous ex footballer, who was known for being a real hard Guy. Was also in films such as "lock stock and two smoking barrels", and "snatch".KuroNekko wrote:You really are this guy:paininthenuts wrote: However, it should be noted that coming from the UK, and don't like anything French, including the people.

No, the player behind him having his nuts squeezed is called Paul Gascoigne. I support a team called Spurs, and he was once one of the clubs hero's. He also played for England an is renowned for being one of the best players the country has produced. Perhaps you have heard of him ?KuroNekko wrote:A hard-ass, a footballer, and a Brit. We have a diesel version of everything here. Diesel Audis and VW's outsell petrol's about 3 to 1. The strange thing is that they cost more, they don't like short journeys, and to ever get the extra cost back the owner has to do about 20,000 miles a year, which very few do. The good thing is that a modern diesel is as quick as petrol per size of engine. My friend has an A3 2.0 TD, and it can nearly keep up with the Kizi, but not quite.~tc~ wrote:Had a Renault Megane rental in Hungary once. Really liked it. Wish we had small diesels like that over here.
The funny thing is, last weekend at our Suzuki meet, we had 6 SX4's show along with only 2 Kizashis. Of the 6 SX4's, three were blue and extremely similar which made for a cool photo op along with some pretty neat head-turning from other drivers while out cruising around. The only real comments we kept getting from random car guys were questions like "what are the red and black cars?" (the Kizashis) and my personal favorite: "how much more expensive was that one (one of the Kizashis) than the that one (one of the SX4's)?"twoqttsdad wrote:Closest replacement for me would be an Acura TL or a TSX not for its looks but the interior finish quality. I like a lot of cars but get turned off comparing their interiors to the Kiz. It would be nice to be going back to a more conventional 5 or 6 speed trans tho.
I haven't come across a car that can match what the Kizashi offers in amenities, ride and build quality for the price.
A car that makes you feel special like the Kizashi does while not costing a fortune is uncommon I'd think.
I (and others here I'm sure) have had similar experiences. The combination of beauty and rarity gives an exotic and upscale impression. I can't find anything available now that compares. Closest to me - taking price into account - would be the Mazda6 but that's FWD only.sx4rocious wrote:The funny thing is, last weekend at our Suzuki meet, we had 6 SX4's show along with only 2 Kizashis. One of the participants of the cruise even said he's been a Suzuki fan since the original Swift and he's not only never seen a Kizashi, but didn't know Suzuki had it in them to build a car like that. He was completely amazed and went on and on about the "expensive look" and "elegance" of the car. Given the time and energy I put into my SX4 and that my wife's Kizashi is COMPLETELY bone stock, I thought it was a bit ironic...
