On LHD is the starter to the left of the wheel next to the four auxiliary switches ? If so after you have removed the lower dash panel the switch panel just pulls forward out of the dash. The dash moulding with the starter and switches together.

Nope, it's to the right. I found out yours is on the right next to the switches when I saw a picture of a RHD Aussie version Kizashi. We can probably still access the switches, but not the starter button.
