I don't think Suzuki Aus people drive Suzukis very often. I've had it happen a few times.Not that I could have ever had that happen - Suzuki dealers say the problem doesn't exist in Australia!

It also doesn't help when the dealer doesn't document reported problems and their fault finding.
I just found out this week they've got no record of my battery spewing acid out (they said they'd replace the ECU bracket but are now reneging); that probably also means my reporting of the "hard to start" and front end suspension knock were also not documented. NOT IMPRESSED!
It also makes me wonder if they actually did look into any of those problems- or just gave me "lip service" at the desk and considered that "job done"!
