Rear shock failed

Anything related to the Kizashi can go here, but please look at the other headings first. Your topic may fit better under something else.

Well, I know this is an older post, but I think I'm also having shock troubles. I've noticed the last 2 days that I can feel every seam in the road. When I bought the car, it was a pleasure to drive. Now i think my Durango felt better. No noticeable clunking just lots of vibration, road noise and bumps. Warranty is out. It's a 2012se. Anyone have any input on the aftermarket parts?(or even what to expect in dealer prices).
Thanks

Rockauto.com sells the shocks for the Kizashi. The "shocks" are for the rear and the "struts" are for the front, I believe. That being said, they don't carry the countermeasure rear bump stopper. You will have to find that elsewhere, most likely through Suzuki.
When I got my rear shocks replaced under warranty, they gave me an invoice. The shocks were at $150 each if I recall correctly. That's more than 3 times what they cost on rockauto. However, I have the Sport GTS and they have different shocks from the SE and S.

"Rock Auto DONT HAVE THE KYB 349141 SHOCKS FOR NOW"
As you all know I ordered the shocks @ Rock Auto and early this week I've received an email from Customer Service indicating that the warehouse "B" didn't have them (although it indicates they have 10 in stock) :x .

So, I can't get the KYB shocks from them. I'd really want to get the original ones for my Sport SLS but they are nowhere to be found in US. I've been told to put an order and wait ~ 3 mo. until they are shipped directly from Japan :?: !

Do any of you with Sport GTS/SLS have replaced this special OEM shocks (41810-57L50)?
Since it has been so difficult for me to find those I'd appreciate if someone here in the forum can lead me to a dealer or vendor who can have them in stock.

Thanks!

Perhaps for OEM try this place http://www.oemsuzukiparts.com/

KYB:

(I'm sure there are more, just Google the part number and KYB)

This makes me wonder if inventories of replacement shocks are depleting more quickly than expected as these cases increase.

I was searching around and looked up the countermeasure bump stopper by Suzuki part number.
OEMSuzukiparts.com sells it. I have no idea if it's in stock, but someone interested enough can check.
The direct link does not save the search, but just paste "42250-57L03" in the part number search and it will come up.
I found the part number on the TSB.

Oh dear--no shocks?!? Has anyone tried calling some suzuki dealerships for availability? I know some will have leftover stock or can still order from the US warehouse. That's how I got the all-weather mats.
