Anyone recognize this Suzuki?

I'm guessing here, but could you be possibly talking about this car?
If so, that's the Autozam AZ-1. It's actually a Suzuki-engineered vehicle and was also called the Suzuki Cara.

I got too curious, used my Mod powers to edit your comment, and checked the broken pic link. It was not for an actual image file so I saved it and uploaded it.
Now we can all see it... and I was also wrong about it being an Autozam.
My guess is that it's just a totally unofficial fictional computer graphic rendering. It's even stamped "Digimod Championship 2009 Round 2" which seems to suggest it was a computer graphic arts competition submission.
In essence, this Audi R8 Spyder-like Suzuki is very likely a totally fictional creation of one graphic artist.
The closest thing I've ever seen as an actual Suzuki concept car to this rendering is the Suzuki GSX-R/4.

Yeah, the design would be for a mid-engine, rear wheel drive like the MR-S.
Interestingly, the Autozam was also a mid-engine RWD, but was a gull-wing kei-car.
It basically had an exotic-car design with the MR gull-wing layout but had a 660cc engine like a JDM kei-car.
Looks like Suzuki was at it in the 80's too with their Suzuki RS/1.

That would be one rad roadster if Suzuki produced it. Too bad there isn't a market for these cars anymore since all the manufacturers stopped production of them.
