I saw that car on Cargurus.com and was inquiring about it with the salesman online.
I was bummed when he told me the car had sold, but at the same time it saved me a ton of money in shipping, granted I live in VA. The price was really good for the miles.
I then found my own 2012 GTS in 6sp for around the same price point and much closer to me (PA).

Congrats on the purchase! So what's your impression between the two? I think you're the only person we know that has access to both back to back anytime they want. 
As far as the parking sensors and bumper, check out the service manual and see what you might need in terms of wiring harness, sensors, etc. Obviously you'd need the switch panel.
