Thanks, I'll fix it today!bootymac wrote:It looks like you hooked the spring onto the black torsion bar. If you hook it to the back of the actual hinge, the springs won't move
What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?
Took the car down to WA to stock up on goods. The Kizashi is a dream to drive on highways, but I wonder if there are better tires that are also quieter? Anyway, I averaged 8.5L/100km (~28mpg) doing a steady 70-80mph.
I filled up on Shell 92 for $2.34/gal on my way back, which is still 33% cheaper than Shell 91 here (even with the shitty exchange rate). I'll report back if I notice improved performance.
I also picked up some Mobil 1 75w90 for my transfer case and rear diff, which I'll be changing myself.
Oh, and go Seahawks

I wrecked it. Not too badly, it drives fine, but I have a feeling it's going to be a major repair. bent the area between the back door and the wheel, and that seems like unibody to me. I'll get pics, right now I'm just sick.

Stock Dunlops. It's quiet on the roads here but a lot of road noise on I5DesRado wrote:What tires are you currently running?bootymac wrote:Took the car down to WA to stock up on goods. Oil change and tire rotation done yesterday. I got a 3 ton jack and jack stands last Christmas so with my old pair of jack stands, I was able to have all four wheels off the ground simultaneously for this rotation. It made things easier but a DIY tire rotation is still a pain in the ass. I'll post more about it on my thread on this topic.
Shit. What happened?Woodie wrote:"What Did You Do With Your Kizashi Today?"
