Have I got a bit missing

I have just noticed a square whole in the plastic cover under the nearside wing(UK right hand drive). I don't know if this has always been there, or if an insert has fallen off. Can anyone throw some light on this, cheers

If that's the front wheel well, it looks like that is the opening for one of the screws in order to get the bumper off. In that case, nothing is missing.

That is an access port for one of the screws that hold the bumper in place.

Nothing is missing. As the others stated, it's an access port for a bumper screw. Look inside and you will see a screw. It never had a cover.
