Just bought my Kazashi. Only came with one Key FOB. Just need to purchase another and get it programmed. Sounds Simple right yea. With my research so far I have found one online company advertising a working fob for sale with a programming service as well. Found a few on ebay for sale as well.
Guess I just need to get the scoop on if I can buy one off ebay and get it programmed, or the company that claims the programming and their key works and how they do it. No dealerships left and the closest Mitz Dealer with warranty service is a hour and half away. No idea if they can program a key but will call this week and see. Would rather not deal with them unless I have to.
Surely someone has been through this and has the details of what works and what don't.

Mine only came with one key as well and I ended up buying a second one through a dealership that used to sell Suzukis. Price was not cheap (~$200 I think), but it works just fine (as it should). Good luck on that, maybe another member can shed a bit more light on it.

You can buy one off Ebay, but I'm pretty sure you must have a Suzuki Scan Tool to do the programming.
Don't know how an online company could do it as you're programming the car to recognize the key fob, not the other way around.

My Closest warranty dealer said 95$ programming charge. I bought the cheapest fob with uncut key off ebay I found 85$ shipped. Gonna check around at my local locksmiths and see if they have the SUZ program and what they charge for it. Looks like this is the best/only option. Dealer said it did not matter if the fob was a used one, but the key will already be cut so it will not work in the locks. I saw a couple uncut keys only on ebay, but they were 30+ bucks. So plan on a couple hundred bucks for an extra key is the answer to my questions.
