Menu feature on radio

I was driving home from work today when I noticed the word, "menu" right underneath the USB button. I tried accessing it but couldnt figure it out. How do i access it and what does it do exactly? '11 kizashi btw.

When you are using the audio with a USB-connected device, press and hold the USB button. This allows you to access the "menu" of the USB device. It basically allows you to browse the USB device to select artists, songs, albums, etc. It's essentially the way you can browse and specifically select which track to play.
