I bought it was 10K miles on it and got a car fax when I did. No history of clams. At this point I wish I discover it had been in an accident because car fax would cover the price of the car. Ive had the whole car gone over at my expense.

Normally if you're in the rh lane, it will have the tendency to pull right. Same with the lh lane, it should track left. Center lane, assuming it's flat, should be dead on center.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your car. This is not a common problem for the Kizashi.
Since you have had alignments done and no improvement I think the problem lies with the steering system.
When Hyundai went to electric power steering on the Sonata, 2012 I think, they had countless problems like this. They changed struts, tire pressure, alignment setting nothing seemed to help.

It seemed like the problem was in the steering sensor and the power steering motor controller.
Don't know if this is the cause of your problem but maybe it is why the original owner sold it.

I agree that this may be the cause. I've also read about the Sonata's tracking issue in the past.

My guess would be a bent rack or track rod arm/end. It's rare that these problems are visible though, and only changing the part will tell. It's a gamble whether you try this out, or way up your options and sell the car.

Another thing to ask is if you had the tires replaced because of wear, was the wear uniform? Any blocking or chopping of the thread? If no, then you don't have to any alignment issues. Alignment issues would cause serious tire wear patterns.

I would give it one more try at a performance shop and see if they can see anything. Also, is it possible you have a brake caliper hung up?

You never answered the most important question:

Did you buy the car second hand? If so, I'd also suspect there's accident damage that may have been covered up. If not, then a 'lemon law' claim should be investigated.

Sorry you're having so much trouble with your particular car, they really are a wonderful machine.

I bought the car used from a dealer with 10K miles on it. The dealership did two alignments on the car and check it over twice.
I bought brand new tires and had two more alignments done. The rear tires had uneven wear but the fronts were fine.
The car pulls to the drivers side no matter where I drive. The faster I go the worse it gets.

Sounds to me as though the car was damaged in some way. Maybe you should try to take it to a collision and frame shop. Those guys aren't your average mechanics at a tire shop, or one doing the occasional alignment. They're used to banged, bent and crumpled cars and are usually expert at getting things lined up and running straight again. They have all of the body and suspension dimensions and the tools to verify them. Give it one last try...they should be able to at least tell you what is going on. Your going to lose huge on selling an imperfect car that has no brand recognition in this country any longer.
