What did you do to your other car(s) today?
I'm negotiating with a guy in New Jersey to buy a 91 Pontiac Firefly Turbo. Wasn't sold in the USA, only Canada, but the original owner moved here back in 97 and he says the title is free and clear. I hope it really looks like this and this isn't a ten year old photo:

Isn't that essentially a GM badged Suzuki Swift? Looks awfully familiar. In the 80's Chebby was selling the Sprint here. Looks nearly identical as I recall.

Yeah, it's a Cultus body, meaning Swift/Metro
We got the Swift GTi up until 95, but the Turbo only came to the States during the first generation bodystyle, the real boxy one that looked like a Festiva. The Turbos, starting in 89 were Canada only until they stopped them completely in 92.

I test drove a white 16V just like that once...what a little rocket that thing was.

Ordered a new starter solenoid for the VW camper. Hopefully, that will help with the starts when the engine is hot. I also need to fix the sink's electrical pump wiring. I want to get it ready for camping this summer.
