I have some that only have 2 SMD LEDs each. However, they are very bright because the bulbs were designed for interior usage, not license plate lighting. The spark plugs are iridium and don't have a replacement interval until at least 75,000 miles.
The coolant is also the "super long-life blue coolant" and doesn't need an initial replacement until 75,000 miles as well.
