I do a lot of internet shopping, but I didn't think to look to the web for refurbished Kizashi wheels. It probably would have been quicker too than to wait for the repairs. The shop has called me several times to keep me posted on the progress. The wheel has been repaired, the color match has been selected, just waiting for the full batch of the color to arrive from the vendor. The holiday madness and short work weeks is delaying things a bit. Oh well, the shop has been good to me so far, hopefully the finished product will be worth the wait.

Some of the illuminated icons are obnoxiously bright. Of course with the spare tire on right now, its impossible to ignore the bright orange low tire warnings. May have to borrow the post it note idea until I can get things reset.

So I finally got my wheel back yesterday. The wrong batch of paint was originally shipped by the supplier, so another one had to be ordered. So the finished product looks great! My wife has been having to take care of the car as I work most business hours. Right now she's at Discount tire getting the new tire mounted. I still have an alignment to do once it's all put back together. I can't wait to be commuting in the Kizashi again! I've also started a claim with the city and soon enough I'll have all the receipts to submit for reimbursement.
