My Dealer-less TPMS Tire Change Story

Should the tire (!) light flash when it comes on, or just stay on solid? When mine comes on, it blinks about once per second. Does this mean anything, or is it just how it works in the Kizashi?

I changed one sensor because when I got new tires they cracked the sensor area around the stem. A few days later the dreaded orange eye came on when the sensor came loose from the stem and was spinning loose inside the tire. I ordered a used sensor from a Chrysler on Ebay and a manual tire changer from Harbor Freight and replaced the sensor myself. I relearned the Kizashi to the sensors by over filling the tires with air, setting the car into relearn mode then releasing air from each tire. It has been at least two years and not a orange blink. Except once this summer when the orange eye returned while my wife was driving and she when to a tire shop and they refilled the tires and told her one tire was low. By the time she came home the orange eye was gone and has not returned yet.

Mine flashes about once per second when it comes on.

Let me rephrase that.
The center display was a solid steady orange but I'm not sure if the (!) was flashing or not. It has been awhile and I was pretty mad when the center dash lit up orange I did not pay much attention to the smaller ! light.

After relearning the TPMS, my Suzuki Kizashi flashes the "(!)" (within the speedometer) about once a second. (The "Service TPMS" and triangle "!" warning lights no longer display.) Anybody have an idea of why this is occurring? What does it mean? How do I get rid of it?
THE DETAILS
I broke a valve stem and the attached TPMS sensor. I went to the local repair shop and they replaced the TPMS with a generic one. (I called them back to ask manufacturer and model number and they couldn't give me a clear response.) They reset the TPMS, but after I drove it about 15 miles I received the "Service TPMS" warning message, the flashing, triangle light (with !) and the flashing "(!)"(within the speedometer). I returned to the shop and they reset it again and after 15 miles all 3 warning lights appeared again.
After researching, I used the "2 second, 2 second, 4 second" method to set the car into relearn mode. I dropped the pressure in each of the tires and the warning lights disappeared. I turned off the car. I refilled each of my tires, except one because my tire pump ran out of batteries. I needed to go to the gas station (2 miles) anyways, so after a few hours, I drove to the gas station. On the way, the "(!)" light in the speedometer began to flash every 1 second. (The other two warning lights: "Service TPMS" and the triangle ! light did not appear.) I filled up the final tire, but the light didn't go out. I drove an additional 30 miles, but the light did not go away. No other lights appeared.
Anybody have any ideas of why the "(!)" is blinking every one second? What does it mean? How do I get rid of it?

Could my issue be cause by the way that I deflated my tires?
I had my tires at 39psi, prior to the relearn. During the relearn, I drained each tire between 6 to 9 psi. After the relearn (after switching my car from ACC ON to off), I refilled them back to about 39 or 40.
During the relearn, does the TPMS system record the stable psi as the correct psi? For example, since I deflated to between 30 to 33 psi, does the TPMS system now think my correct psi as 30 to 33psi instead of 38psi (sticker)?

It will just flash. I don't think there's any meaning behind the pattern of flashing--just flash.
But there usually is a message in the console too. Strange that you only have the tire symbol flash. I wonder if the factory service manual says anything about that.

Since you've manually verified the tire pressures are correct, continue driving and see if it goes off. Sometimes it just takes a while for the system to fully learn everything. If it hasn't gone away after a week that includes some 20mi+ drives, then we'll have to revisit it in more depth.
