No, I always park inside the garage. It shake me when I pulled it out, since everyone said Vancouver's air quality is good.bootymac wrote:That looks nasty! Do you park outdoors?

Thanks to the inspiration of honsonwong I also changed my cabin filter. 102,000 miles on the original. I got it from Amazon for $15. It took about 4 minutes.

It's amazing how fast the cabin air filter gets dirty. I replaced mine less than 1.5 years ago and it's now filthy. I think it's somewhat of a yearly replacement item if you park outside a lot or drive often.

Agreed. I just replaced mine after about a year and it was looking pretty dirty. I put a Fram FreshBreeze filter in this time, and was a little worried because it had a strong chemical smell the first couple times I drove it. That seems to have gone away now though.

It's halfway through the year and I noticed I have only put 2,300 miles on my Kizashi, which is the same amount as I've put on my motorcycle. It's going to be a long time until I hit the 100k mile club.

Hey BLyons I will probably buy a Fram FreshBreeze as well. Do I have to look for a specific one or just the generic one should fit? I am on the Canadian Tire website and it indicates it won't fit the 2012 Kizashi. It probably fit, but you need to cut it...right?

All you have to cut off is the little tab sticking out and it fits perfectly.
