While the car was up I took a look underneath to see what the lack of that driver-side underpanel might have permitted.
Nothing to report; the brake lines --painted gloss black-- show no signs of rock impact/damage, and no foreign objects were observed.
I think the car is more susceptible to crosswinds now.........

hmm :? That's a similar mantra used by most off-roaders...Build it, Break it, Fix it, Repeat. Along with Get in, Buckle-up, Shut-up and Hold on.
