Headlight won't turn off

I recently bought a 2013 Kizashi that was wrecked. While fixing it, I turned on the headlights to check that there wasn't a burnt out bulb. When I turn the lights back off, they stay on and don't turn back off. I end up having to disconnect the battery.

Any ideas whats up? I've spent a few days looking over everything and still can't figure it out.
