after 3 month using aftermarket AMP I decided to do some major changes in my audio systems:
1- Buy original kizashi Rockford speakers
39102-57LA0-000 SPEAKER ASSY,FR x2(50W@2ohm)
39102-57LB0-000 SPEAKER ASSY,RR x2(75W@2ohm)
39102-57LC0-000 SPEAKER ASSY,TWEETER x2(25W@4ohm
39104-57LA1-000 SPEAKER ASSY,SUB (75W@1ohm-75W@1ohm Dual coil)
replace all speakers.
2- use old center speaker and also car wiring for speakers. no change
3- buy aftermarket RockFord R300X4 replace Pioneer.
I am using R300X4 for front and rear speakears and Kenwood KAC-8106D for SubWoofer
4- for mounting point I decided to use back of rear right seat.mount both AMPs to MDF panel and use 2 bolts to mount on rear seat as you can see in pics below.

Nice install, i lost my old forum account so i have to create another. I have a question, i'm doing the same thing as you.
For the speakers i purchase a Alpine KTP‑445U, 45 rms x4, is a super small amp class D that i will mount it behind of the head unit. Enough power for the oem speakers and a super clear sound. here i a link if you want to check it https://soundcertified.com/alpine-ktp-445u-review/
For the subwoofer (an old pioneer TS-W306C 12 inch 400rms) i'm getting a HERTZ HCP2, 200rms at 4ohms, wich is enough for me. And i will be mounting it where the OEM amp is located to hide everything.
The Android head unit that i recently purchase is a Dasaita 7 inch PX6, 8core, 4gb ram, 64 gb storage, with DSP to improve sound quality.
To fit the 2din radio, i purchase from megazip the OEM 2din garnish, expensive but by far the best looking.
this will be the result https://www.suzukimania.de/gallery/user ... -large.jpg
Now my question is, i found that in the trunk, some wires and connectors where i assume the oem rockford amp is connected behind the rear right taillight. Do you know if those wires can actually be use to power a new amp? i really dont want to strip the car and mount a lot of wires over it.
Hope you can help me.

Thanks for your reply, i check the trunk, and No, there is no amp wiring, only the parking sensor wires. Im almost ready, i only need the garnish that arrives today and the small amplifier. I will post some pics when i perform the installation.

I finished the installation of the new audio system. I forgot to take a pic of the 4 channel amplifier that i mounted behind the head unit. The results is amazing, the sound is crystal clear and refresh the interior to a modern car. The DSP radio comes really handy to set the EQ just perfect.

quick update for sub-woofer install:
for sub-woofer cap I search net but nothing available unfortunately OE sell it as a whole partition around 300$. so I bought cheap cap from local market 3$ and cut a hole in partition trim. here some pics.
and final
