i did forget to change the rear diff oil at 7500mi, maybe that's why the car has a lag

My 2011 doesn't have any lag. If anything, it's a little too touchy off the line.

If you wanted to win drag races, you should have bought a camaro or mustang

Is yours a Manual? If it's a CVT I don't buy that for a nano second. I test drove a 2011 SLS CVT and it sucked off the line just like all the rest. No ones wanting to win drag races with a 4 door sedan, but the car has a tough time getting out of it's own way off the line.

I agree with you 100%... I would be shocked to see any CVT Kiz respond well off the line. TC refers to weight, etc, but the lag we are experiencing is EXTREME and not easily explained by simple weight numbers.

No way should I be able to FLOOR my pedal and have some old lady next to me in a Skylark beat me off the line. That has nothing to do with weight.

I might test drive a 2011, and if the lag is not there I am calling Suzuki and getting to the bottom of this. I don't expect to have a race car, but I don't like the safety of myself and my passengers at risk either.
