1) SUZUKI ALLPOINTS PROGRAM /Official Rules/ No Purchase Necessary to Play or Receive a Prize
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Suzuki AllPoints Program (hereinafter, the “Program”) consists of the following four (4) promotions: (i) Suzuki AllPoints Points Program whereby registered Suzuki AllPoints members can earn a designated number of points each time they participate in a required activity on SuzukiAuto.com http://SuzukiAuto.com/ and the following Suzuki social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube between July 29, 2010 and January 3, 2011 (hereinafter, “The Program Period”) and on Digg between August 25, 2010 and January 3, 2011; (ii) Suzuki AllPoints Sweepstakes whereby registered Suzuki AllPoints members will earn one (1) Entry into the Suzuki AllPoints Sweepstakes each time he/she participates in a Suzuki AllPoints activity between July 29, 2010 and January 3, 2011; and (iii) Kizashi™ Ring of Fire Racing Game Challenge whereby Suzuki AllPoints members can compete against other Suzuki AllPoints members in an online Racing Game between September 1, 2010 and January 3, 2011.
ELIGIBILITY: The Suzuki AllPoints Program is open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Hawaii) and the District of Columbia, aged 18 or older who are licensed drivers and the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted as of the predetermined date as established by American Suzuki Motor Corporation. An “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Employees of American Suzuki Motor Corporation (hereinafter,“Sponsor”), Matrix Consultants, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies, Dealer and Dealer personnel (collectively, “Released Entities”), and their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings, and spouses of children or siblings) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to win any prize. The Program is void in Hawaii and where prohibited.
2) ALLPOINTS KIZASHI™ RING OF FIRE RACING GAME: This is a single-player (hereinafter, “Player”) timed racing game. The Player's score will be accumulated from race to race as he/she plays through each of the four (4) levels in the AllPoints Kizashi™ Racing Game (hereinafter, “Game”). Each Player's score will be calculated based on each track time, the finish rank a Player achieves after each race, the number of boosts that the Player picks up in each race, and the number of demerits for bumping into obstacles in each race. The Racing Game Prize Winner will be determined as the person with the highest game score achieved during game play between 9/1/10 and 1/3/11 (hereinafter, “Racing Game Period”). The game score is the accumulation of points earned during one game session. A session can include multiple circuits. A circuit is defined as completing all four (4) tracks in the game. In the event of a tie score among the highest scoring Players, all tied Players will be required to become a follower of SuzukiAuto on Twitter.com http://Twitter.com/ (if he/she is not already a follower of SuzukiAuto on Twitter.com http://Twitter.com/) and tweet an original phrase about the Suzuki AllPoints Program (hereinafter, “tie-breaker”). All Authorized Account Holders must have unprotected Twitter accounts in order to participate in the tie-breaker. The tied Player who tweets the most original/creative phrase within the Suzuki Auto Twitter channel during the tie-breaker will be deemed the Racing Game Prize Winner. All tied Player tweets during the tie-breaker will be judged by a panel of judges whose decisions on all matters are final. After the Racing Game Period, individuals may continue to play the game, however additional prizes will not be awarded. Kizashi Ring of Fire Racing Game loaded and played on Apple iPhones and Apple iPads does not accumulate points for the game score and is ineligible for participating in the contest for prizes.
ONE (1) ALLPOINTS RACING GAME PRIZE: The AllPoints Racing Game Prize is an opportunity for Racing Game Prize Winner to attend an Open Wheel Racing School designated by Sponsor consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation aboard a commercial domestic airline to be designated by Sponsor for Racing Game Prize Winner between the major airport nearest Winner’s residence and airport nearest Open Wheel Racing School, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, single occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel designated by Sponsor and one (1) one-day driving school program (hereinafter, “Game Prize”). ARV of Racing each Game Prize: $5,000. In the event the Racing Game Prize Winner resides within 180 miles from Sponsor’s designated Open Wheel Racing School, Racing Game Prize Winner will not receive the round-trip coach air transportation portion of the Racing Game Prize and no additional compensation will be provided to the Racing Game Prize Winner in lieu of the round-trip coach air transportation portion of the prize.
3) 2011 Model Year Suzuki Kizashi GTS Sport (interior and exterior color to be designated at the sole discretion of Sponsor) with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Value (“MSRP”) not to exceed $24,000. ARV of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $24,000.
