Your asserted rotation was at nearly exactly half of the miles on the car, so assuming the same conditions throughout the 12,700 miles the fronts should not be showing such different wear pattern from the rears. I still think the rotation may not have been done, but if you can post the pictures of the wear on all four we can have a better feel for what you are describing. For one, for each front tire, is the outside shoulder wearing evenly with the inside shoulder? I suspect more on the outside shoulder wear, which leads me to suspect the rotation was not actually done.

Thank you for all the replys. I today went to another place that sells the Dunlops and was told they shouldn't have worn that much in the front at 13,000 miles. The service at Suzuki that I go to really sucks. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or that they just think they can bluff me. The tires were again checked with a gauge and the wear was definitely more than the back and I was told they were rotated and there is no problem with the alignement. My husband used to take care of our vehicles but is an amputee and many medical problems and I'm just trying to do what I can. Thank you.

Take it to an independent alignment shop. NOT a "full service" or tire shop that also does alignments on the side.

Be sure to get the before/after printout. If the alignment is out, you have a good chance of getting Suzuki to pay for it (I have had that happen with Toyota before)
